Why do we believe in Latham fiberglass pools? Their high-quality manufacturing process and hand inspections mean our customers get a premium fiberglass pool that is just as durable as it is beautiful.
The mold is prepped for an easy separation process.
To protect the finish, the incredibly durable vinyl ester resin is added to the mold.
Each pool features a ceramic core at the heart of the protective fiberglass plus vinyl ester resin layers to enhance water resistance and increase durability.
During the installation process, honeycomb vertical supports are added to help support the walls. The closed-beam construction is then completed to strengthen the coping around the pool and allow for easier lifting of the pool. Chains are also added for an easier loading and unloading process.
The completed pool is carefully lifted out of the mold.
The finishing details are added according to each pool’s specifications, creating a stunning work of art that is ready to be delivered.
The swimming pool is loaded onto a truck and is ready for delivery and installation.
